Return Policy:

 

• If you return a product for any kind of exchange, you are resposible to pay the shipping fee to return the product to Bridgeport Equipment & Tool.  You will then be charged to re-ship the new product.  
• You are resposible for insuring items that are sent back to us as we are not responsible for lost items.
• Boots/footwear returned for sizing must include all original tags, store receipt and must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date.  No exceptions. 
• Boots/footwear showing any sign of wear will not be accepted.  Wear boots only on clean carpeted flooring until you are sure they fit properly.
• Boots/footwear must be in their original box and box must not be defaced in any way.  Doing so will result in a restocking fee. (NO TAPE OR LABELS ON BOOT BOXES)

All returned items must be unworn, accompanied by the original receipt, and returned in the original packaging.
Boots/shoes returned within 30 days of purchase will be evaluated for in-store replacement. Boots/shoes returned within 60 days must be returned to the manufacturer for testing and pro-rating. We will provide this service at a cost to you of $20.00 (shipping charge). Any credit deemed applicable by the manufacturer will be applied toward a new boot/shoe purchase.
