Built from full-grain oiled and waxed leather, the Marshall includes UltraDry™ waterproofing to keep your feet dry in wet or unpredictable conditions. The rubber RPM Roper outsole is HRO-rated for heat resistance up to 475°F and offers exceptional traction and durability across a range of tough surfaces.

A lightweight RPM™ midsole reduces boot weight without sacrificing strength, helping to fight fatigue over long shifts. Inside, a removable polyurethane footbed offers cushioned support, and a steel shank adds stability underfoot for confident footing in any environment.
